Dave Salgado is a committed and enthusiastic coach who brings passion, structure, and a player-first mindset to the Ahwatukee Devils 10U softball team. With a strong focus on fundamentals, development, and building confidence at the youth level, Coach Dave is dedicated to creating a positive environment where young athletes can grow and excel.

With experience coaching youth sports and a deep respect for the game of softball, Dave understands the unique challenges and rewards of guiding athletes at the 10U level. His approach balances skill development with encouragement, emphasizing effort, teamwork, and respect for the game.

Coach Dave believes that the early stages of a player’s journey are critical for building a strong foundation—not just in athletic ability, but in character.
