Softball 12/14u – Walls

Reggie Walls is a dedicated leader and passionate coach who has devoted his life to the game of softball and the development of young athletes. As the head coach of the Ahwatukee Devils 12U softball team, Reggie is known for his deep understanding of the sport, strong vision, and unwavering commitment to guiding players both on and off the field.

With years of coaching experience and a personal background that includes playing baseball from T-ball through college in St. Louis, Reggie brings firsthand knowledge, competitive insight, and a mentoring mindset to his coaching. As a father to two daughters—one who plays softball and another who runs track—he values the importance of confidence, discipline, and character-building in youth sports.

Reggie’s coaching philosophy goes beyond teaching the fundamentals of the game. He focuses on developing mentally tough, team-oriented athletes who are prepared to handle adversity with confidence. His approach emphasizes effort, accountability, and a positive team culture.
