14u AAA – Pacheco

Coach Jason Pacheco enters his fifth season with the Ahwatukee Devils, bringing experience, passion, and a strong local connection to the program. Over the years, he has coached at the 12U, 13U, and 14U levels, consistently helping players grow both on and off the field.

A proud Ahwatukee native, Coach Jason played high school ball at Mountain Pointe before continuing his collegiate career at Arizona State University and later San Diego State University. During his time as a student-athlete, he had the unique opportunity to play under two Hall of Fame college coaches—an experience that deeply shaped his coaching philosophy. He continues to draw from their teachings, instilling discipline, strategy, and a love for the game in every player he mentors.

Jason and his wife, Kim, are raising four children, including two sons who have proudly played in the Devils program. His investment in the team goes beyond coaching—it’s family. His dedication to developing young athletes, while also fostering a strong team culture, makes him an invaluable part of the Ahwatukee Devils family.
